We have a very special 4H shoot on Sunday August 23rd. To accomodate this we will be closing the rear (North Facing) berms.

Additionally, the 100 yard rifle berms and the two fifty yard berms to its right will be reserved for the event. These berms will reopen for membership on Monday morning.

Sept. 5th thru 7th -ATA Pow Wow / Silver Dollar Shoot– This is my favorite event of the year. Carole goes all out decorating the banquet hall for this annual Holliday weekend shoot. August 21st Illinois CCW Refresher Class (3 1/2hr). Coming soon. Like all things “Brittany”, our classes are taught in a relaxed, fun, family friendly environment. Class sizes are limited, so please reach out for available seats. The cost for the class is $40. Anyone who took their initial training with us will receive a 25% discount ($30.00). You will need to bring…a good attitude, a serviceable CCW type of firearm,, a strong side holster for your gun, eye and ear protection, and 60rds of applicable ammunition. Illinois Hunter Safety Class – Many have asked about the Hunter Safety Program at Brittany Shooting Park. Sadly, we lost our long time “point man ” Gary Rull this past fall. He will be sorely missed. However, we have no intention on letting this program fad away. We have recently been in touch with the appropriate folks within IDNR, and will be scheduling a spring class.
